How much is delivery?

International postage is calculated based on weight but standard shipping will not exceed the prices stated above. The prices shown are for UK 2nd class/International standard, however upgrades are available at checkout for additional cost. If you are ordering to a location outside of the UK please be aware you may have to pay import duties or taxes. I have no control over these fees and it is the responsibility of the customer to cover these.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver worldwide, with the exception of the Germany.

How long will delivery take?

UK: We offer a choice of either 2nd class (standard), 1st class (express) postage or Tracked. 2nd class orders usually arrive in 2-3 working days, 1st class orders typically arrive in 1-2 working days and tracked48 will arive within 2 days - with this option you will also receive a tracking code so you can track your parcel. Please bear in mind these are delivery times once orders have left the studio, orders are currently posted Monday-Friday. 

Europe: We offer a choice of International Standard or International Tracked services. International Standard orders usually arrive in 3-5 working days and Tracked arrive within 3-4 working days. Please bear in mind these are delivery times once orders have left the studio, orders are currently posted Monday-Friday. 

My order hasn't arrived!

Sometimes the delivery service experiences delays so please ensure you have allowed plenty of time for it to arrive. After 14 days (UK) or 20 days (Worldwide) please contact us and we will follow up with Royal Mail.

My products have arrived damaged/faulty

Whilst we take every care to ensure your items arrive safely sometimes things get damaged in transit. Please email as soon as possible with clear photos of the damage and we'll work with you to resolve it!

Do you accept returns?

We're happy to accept returns as long as items are returned in the original packaging and in sellable condition, within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, as a small business we cannot afford to cover return postage. Please drop us an email with your order number and the item/s you'd like to return to start the process.

If your items have arrived damaged please with clear photos and we'll take care of it! 

Do you accept exchanges?

We are happy to accept exchanges as long as all items are returned in original condition; however the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us.

Oh no! I put in the wrong address!

Mistakes happen! Please email immediately and we'll see what we can do! Unfortunately if your order has already been dispatched we will be unable to refund your order or send a replacement.

Can I add an item to my order?

I'm always happy to add items or combine postage, so long as your order has not already left the studio. The best thing to do is email  asap and I'll do my best to sort it!
