How much is delivery?
Orders are dispatched next working day, please see the table below for estimated shipping time.

Please note delivery times are an estimate and delays are out of my control once goods have left the studio.
Orders are shipped using Royal Mail, Evri, DPD or Yodel - you will have a choice of carriers at checkout.
International postage is calculated based on weight but will not exceed the prices stated above. Prices shown are for UK 2nd class/International standard, upgrades and alternative shipping options are available at checkout with varying prices.
USA orders are shipped DPPD, meaning all duties are included in the shipping cost and you won't face any additional charges upon delivery.

How long will delivery take?
We offer a choice of shipping providers, please see at checkout for estimates on your chosen carrier. Please bear in mind these are delivery times once orders have left the studio, orders are currently posted next working day Monday-Friday.
My order hasn't arrived
Sometimes the delivery service experiences delays so please ensure you have allowed plenty of time for it to arrive. After 14 days (UK) or 20 days (Worldwide) please contact us hello@latelystudio.co.ukand we will follow up the shipping provider.
My products have arrived damaged/faulty
Whilst we take every care to ensure your items arrive safely sometimes things get damaged in transit. Please email hello@latelystudio.co.uk as soon as possible with clear photos of the damage and we'll work with you to resolve it!
Do you accept returns?
We're happy to accept returns as long as items are returned in the original packaging and in sellable condition, within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, as a small business we cannot afford to cover return postage. Please drop us an email hello@latelystudio.co.uk with your order number and the item/s you'd like to return to start the process.
If your items have arrived damaged please email hello@latelystudio.co.uk with clear photos and we'll take care of it!
Do you accept exchanges?
We are happy to accept exchanges as long as all items are returned in original condition; however the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us.

I entered the wrong delivery address
Mistakes happen! Please email hello@latelystudio.co.uk immediately and we'll see what we can do! Unfortunately if your order has already been dispatched we will be unable to refund your order or send a replacement.
Can I add an item to my order?
I'm always happy to add items or combine postage, so long as your order has not already left the studio. The best thing to do is email hello@latelystudio.co.uk asap and I'll do my best to sort it!
