Where do you ship to?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards.

Can I return an item?

Do you offer a gift wrap service so I can send something to my friend/family?

We do! Simply tick the gift wrap option on the basket page and we'll get all your items wrapped in vibrant tissue paper. We can also include a lovely note for them to read when they open their order! Leave us a note at checkout with your message and we'll add it to your parcel. 

Can you send my card straight to the recipient?

Yes! Just leave us a note at checkout with your message and we'll write it inside and send it straight to them! Make sure to put in their address so it gets where it needs to go.

If you are ordering other items to your own address at the same time these will have to be placed as a separate order.

Do you offer discounts?

We run occasional discounts throughout the year (keep an eye out on our instagram @latelystudio to be the first to know!) Some of our products are also on multi-buys all year round including our bestselling stickers. Or if you're really after a bargain, why not check out our sale page?

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes! I'm always excited to have my products stocked somewhere new, please see our wholesale page here for more information.

Oh no! I put in the wrong address!

Mistakes happen! Please email hello@latelystudio.co.uk immediately and we'll see what we can do! Unfortunately if your order has already been dispatched we will be unable to refund your order or send a replacement.

AH my order's arrived damaged!

Whilst we take every care to ensure your items arrive safely sometimes things get damaged in transit. Please email hello@latelystudio.co.uk as soon as possible with clear photos of the damage and we'll see what we can do!

Can I get my order any quicker?

We offer standard (seconds class) and express shipping (first class) and post orders 5 days a week. If you need something quickly please email ushello@latelystudio.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate!
