UK: We offer a choice of either 2nd class (standard), 1st class (express) postage or Tracked. 2nd class orders usually arrive in 2-3 working days, 1st class orders typically arrive in 1-2 working days and tracked48 will arive within 2 days - with this option you will also receive a tracking code so you can track your parcel. Please bear in mind these are delivery times once orders have left the studio, orders are currently posted Monday-Friday. 

Europe: We offer a choice of International Standard or International Tracked services. International Standard orders usually arrive in 3-5 working days and Tracked arrive within 3-4 working days. Please bear in mind these are delivery times once orders have left the studio, orders are currently posted Monday-Friday. 

We accept PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards.

International postage is calculated based on weight but will not exceed the prices stated above. Prices shown are for UK 2nd class/International standard, upgrades are available at checkout for faster shipping/tracking at additional cost. 

 

Returns

Returns are accepted so long as items are returned within 30 days of delivery and in the original packaging. For more information on delivery and returns click here.

We're happy to accept returns as long as items are returned in the original packaging and in sellable condition, within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, as a small business we cannot afford to cover return postage. Please drop us an email hello@latelystudio.co.uk with your order number and the item/s you'd like to return to start the process.

If your items have arrived damaged please emailhello@latelystudio.co.uk with clear photos and we'll take care of it! 

We do! Simply tick the gift wrap option on the basket page and we'll get all your items wrapped in our vibrant wrapping paper. We can also include a lovely note for them to read when they open their order! Leave us a note at checkout with your message and we'll add it to your parcel.
